We have just finished a tour of Iceland with Tim of Quo Vadis Holidays. It was one of the best tours my husband and I have been on. The bus was very comfortable, with plenty of room. Tim specialises in smaller groups so there were only 21 in our group in a 50 seater bus. There were often 2 night stays, the tour was longer but saw a lot more than most other tours. Our driver was very safe and happy to go out of his way several times to oblige people who wanted to do something different. Tim was second to none with his organization and attention to detail. Everything was taken care of, down to all tips, and transport to and from the airport before and after the tour. It's a bit more expensive than other tours, but value for money and well worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed the company of our fellow travellers, and can't thank Tim enough for a great tour. We hope to join him on another one in the future.
We just came back from the Arctic Circle and Auroras tour Feb 2023. Amazing! It is plain to see that Tim is very passionate about his tours and his guest's. The itinerary was perfect and packed with things we wouldn't have done by ourselves. There is plenty of downtime daily as well. We loved the tour so much, we are wanting to travel with Tim again next year.
Absolute great value. All good hotels with a couple of great ones.Forget the usual expensive extra excursions they are all included. No tipping allowed. Unbelievable over 60% of the good usually expensive dinners are provided. It really is the case that the advertised cost covers everything. You actually do get everything you see advertised on the websiteWrap all this up with the extremely personable Tim the highly organised tour director extraordinary whose detailed research leads you to the less well trodden discoveries. So if you want to discover the wonders of Scandinavian, and you really should, Quo Vadis holidays is the only choice
If you are considering a trip with Quo Vadis Holidays , don't hesitate! Dalmatian Rhapsody is a wonderful tour with many highlights. Travel was always comfortable in roomy coaches and the cruise was certainly a relaxing highlight. Tim worked hard to optimise the experience for each guest. His communication before and during the tour was excellent. He is very personable and professional and well organised. Local guides were well chosen and really enhanced each visit. We appreciated staying in centrally located hotels. The tour included a great variety of interesting activities. Highlights were Plitvice lakes, Lakes Bled and Bohinj, Kotor, Sarajevo Tunnel and Tito Bunker and Kumrovec village. The itinerary is what initially “sold” this tour for us. We appreciated the small group, gentle pace, later starts, two night stays, wonderful cruise and great itinerary, which included Slovenia and Montenegro as well as Mostar and Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sincere thanks for a truly memorable trip, Tim. Susan and Keith
Absolutely no hesitancy recommending Quo Vadis Holidays. The Arctic and Auroras trip is a bucket list ticking spectacular. Tim has put so much thought into planning the activity packed itinerary but all at a relaxed pace with plenty of free time. The inclusions make this a great value way to visit an expensive part of the world. I would do it all again tomorrow if I could.
