2027 Arctic Circle and Auroras Tour Overview
Picture yourself standing awe-struck under a crisp night-sky, where the mesmerizing and enchanting lights of the spectacular Aurora Borealis dance in the heavens above you.
Picture also, harnessing and preparing your very own sled-dog team then leading them out (or them leading you!) on an exciting sled-journey through the pristine snow-covered fields and forests of northernmost Norway. What about the thrill of an exhilarating snow-mobile ride into the snowy plateaus of Norway’s Finnmarksvidda high above the Arctic Circle. Or journeying by sleigh out onto a large frozen lake in northern Finland for some traditional ice-fishing. Getting up-close-and-personal with reindeer at a reindeer farm and meeting local Sami people, the reindeer-herders to learn about their fascinating culture and lifestyle by the arm fire in their “lavvu” tent. or meeting Sant a at his traditional home right on the Finnish Arctic Circle and taking a gentle reindeer-pulled sleigh ride through his nearby enchanted forest. All the while during the evenings, being on the lookout for the captivating and enchanting Northern Lights.
